Yes, we have a loyalty point system to reward our customers for purchasing on DuprexOnline. The more you shop with us, the more loyalty points you accumulate.
For every $1 spent, you earn 1 reward point which will automatically be credited into your account. To track the number of points you have earned so far, simply log on to your account. Upon accumulating 500 points, you will be eligible to redeem $10 from your online purchase. The more points you earn, the more dollar value you can redeem.

1.Browse all our categories or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.
2.Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘Checkout now’.
3.Review your items, delivery address, delivery slot and payment mode.
4.On the next page, click ‘Confirm My Order’ and your order is placed.
5.You will receive a confirmation shortly via email.
6.You can also check ‘My Orders’ to ensure that your order has been processed.
Do note that placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory will be assigned to your order after you click checkout and initiate the checkout process.

Yes you may. If your order is more than the maximum cap quantity in our website, please fill in the bulk enquiry form available on each product page or contact us at 64823300 or firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire on bulk prices.
You can track your order by logging in to your account. Under “my order” section, you can easily know if your order has been dispatched.
Once ordered, no order may be cancelled or reduced. Duprex reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at its sole discretion. We allow cancellation:
- If order has not been processed;
- If the actual price of any product ordered by you is higher than that reflected on the Site. We will propose a substitute or cancellation whichever deems fit for the Customer.
- When product is out of stock and requires a long lead time unacceptable by the Customer.
Yes, a copy of invoice can be printed under your order records.
Payment may be made via Credit Card/ Visa
You may enter the given discount or coupon codes when you’re at the View Cart page or at checkout before placing your order. Simply enter the code and click the “Apply Coupon” button for redemption.
Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated. If there are any issues, you will be prompted of an invalid code. Invalid codes could be due to expiry or not meeting certain conditions (eg. Discounts only applicable to new members; regular-priced items).
Do note that discount codes are not case-sensitive.

Delivery charges varies from $5.50 to $25 depending on the volumetric weight of the full package.

Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable within Singapore mainland. Due to security reasons and/or its remote and non-accessible location, we do not deliver to Army camps, Shipyards, Air-bases and Jurong Island.
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the processing of your orders. Products will be delivered within 1-7 business days.
For in-stock products, delivery can be made within 3 working days. A Working Day” is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding all Public Holidays in Singapore.
For non-stocked products, please expect a lead time upon order; we will do our best to expedite the whole process.

Please notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address, date or time of delivery, or contact number. Any changes in the delivery address or date or time of delivery after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of $10 (subjected to GST).
If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order upon prior confirmation with us, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery and charge a re-delivery or cancellation fee of $10 (subjected to GST).
Your orders will be packed and delivered with care by our in-house delivery personnel or by 3rd party delivery partners that we engage.
Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, if you made different shopping cart purchases, we might not be able to ship your items together unless you notify us at 64823300 or firstname.lastname@example.org before your first order dispatch.
Return and Refund Policy
